Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Build reports and interactive dashboards to support decision-making across departments.
Analyze business performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize processes, products, and business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Business Development, etc.) to develop data-driven solutions.
Design and monitor A/B tests, KPIs, and OKRs to evaluate performance and initiatives.
/ Skills & Experiences
1.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in database management.
Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or equivalent).
Familiarity with analytical programming languages (Python, R) and libraries (pandas, numpy, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in teams with good communication skills.
Advanced Requirements
- Ability to work under high pressure, especially during tight deadlines or major project changes
- Experience in preparing performance reports for team members (Dev, BA, QC)
- Experience in setting and managing kpis for different roles (Dev, BA, QC), aligned with project goals and team performance
