/ Job description
Receive and analyze high-level functional requirements from product managers or customers, then propose suitable technical/functional solutions
Prepare detailed specifications with mockups, workflows, and business rules for user stories, and hand over to development and QC teams
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), validate user stories, and ensure delivered features bring clear business value to end customers
Train and guide users on new features, processes, and system usage
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope, and high-quality delivery
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues early, and implement corrective actions
Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Report project status and individual/team performance to the board of directors (BOD) according to defined timelines
Work closely with BOD and tech lead to define kpis for team members (Dev, BA, QC) and monitor performance against these metrics
Continuously inspect, monitor, and troubleshoot solutions during deployment and operations to improve efficiency and optimize processes
/ Skills & Experiences
At least 2 years of experience as Project Manager cum Business Analyst in software products
In-depth understanding of the software production process, the requirements process, and the analysis, design, and implementation process
Have experience in writing instructions to use, operating flow/procedures of the system, and users
Having experience in participating in Agile/Scrum projects is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use English at work
Advanced Requirements
- Ability to work under high pressure, especially during tight deadlines or major project changes
- Experience in preparing performance reports for team members (Dev, BA, QC)
- Experience in setting and managing kpis for different roles (Dev, BA, QC), aligned with project goals and team performance
