/ Job description
Take ownership of system architecture design and provide technical direction for products/projects.
Manage, assign, and supervise the work of the engineering team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, etc.).
Actively participate in coding key components, conducting code reviews, and ensuring product quality.
Propose and implement suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize performance and security.
Collaborate with Product Owner/Project Manager to plan, estimate timelines, and allocate resources.
Mentor, train, and support the growth of team members’ technical skills.
Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery with high technical standards.
/ Skills & Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 4–5 years of software development experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Node.js, Python, Go, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and CI/CD.
Strong understanding of system security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
