/ Job description
HR & People Operations (Main focus):
- Support recruitment process: liaise with headhunters, post job ads, arrange interviews, and follow up with candidates
- Track attendance, leave records, and timesheets for team members
- Manage payroll preparation and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Provide HR support for employee engagement activities, training, and performance review processes
Administration:
- Handle contracts, company documents, and administrative records
- Support logistics for meetings, workshops, and internal events
- Manage office facilities and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
- Liaise with external service providers (insurance, office services, etc.)
Accounting Support (a plus):
- Assist with invoices, receipts, and expense tracking
- Provide basic financial data to the finance/accounting department
- Knowledge of accounting principles is considered an advantage
/ Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (Accounting is a plus)
- Experience in HR, admin, or office management (open to interns)
- Basic knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HR or accounting software is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in technology/AI is preferred
